Charyn Canyon to Zharkent
The Charyn Canyon was on our list to see. We had heard a lot about it and decided to camp there. From here it was only a few days to Zharkent where we enjoyed our final moments in Kazakhstan.
Almaty to Kokpek
Snow! We cycled out of Kazakhstans second city heading east again and climbed through Kokpek gorge to reach the tiny village of Kokpek.

Icy departure and on our way to Almaty. Good taste of winter cycling and getting to know this quite modern city.
